At Travel-Mor, Quayce leads customers through a 3 hour complete tour of their new unit. He teaches them everything they need to know, from enjoying their unit to maintaining it during off season. These sessions include detailed overviews of all features in the units, and is conducted in a manner to ensure that the customer will be able to preform the operation once they get off the lot. Quayce also helps out customers that bought from other companies over the phone. He'll tell them how to do what they need to do, and follow up with a helpful email.

 

Being a part of the Travel-Mor Team isn't just about selling high-quality units, or preforming exceptional customer service - it's about getting to know each customer individually, what they want, and how we can help them. Quayce's focus at Travel-Mor as a Demonstration Technician also allowed him to closely study compact kinetic designs, component based systems and client's priorities when selecting from option based designs. Quayce's initiatives at Travel-Mor included creating personalized Welcome Packages for all customers and Unit Walk-Through Demo Packages.
How Quayce got this Job:
At age 12, when Quayce's family began looking for a recreational camper, luxurious compact spacial conditions became a big interest for him. While his parents talking with the Travel-Mor Team, Quayce was immersed in trailer floor plans and websites. He became so fluent in trailer design knowledge that he began assisting friends & family with which units they should purchase. The Travel-Mor Team took note and offered to make Quayce a member of their team when he was old enough! And they did.
